‘Ndocciata

Among the most well-known events in Molise, it takes place every year on December 8 and 24. The Ndocce (large torches) are carried along the main street to the joyful sound of bells. The torchbearers, representing various districts, are of all ages. At the end of the route, the Ndocce are thrown into what is called the Bonfire of Brotherhood.
